Women Building Bridges

Women Building Bridges in Laguna

Saturday, January 22 was the second gathering of XANGO’s Women Building Bridges, and it happened at the Montage Laguna Beach—site of the 2011 Elite Summit. Our California hosts were 200K & MDC Members Candy & Jim Webb, who have started this year with big plans for California.

With a perfect 75º day waiting outside at one of the premier resorts in the world—the ocean just minutes away—top XANGO leaders passed up the tempting outdoors and instead chose to invest back in their business by supporting this XANGO training from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The skill development and inspirational trainings came from a half dozen of our Million Dollar Club 200Ks, namely Candy Webb, Carolyn Johnson, Grace Dyck, Barbara King Schmidt and Betty Quattlebaum. It was a pleasure to train alongside each one of them.

These women have a passion and drive to teach and develop women throughout XANGO, helping them to take control of their personal success and financial futures. Their wisdom shone in a wide variety of important presentations.

Among the crowd of roughly 150 were some of our most elite leaders: 500Ks Sherman Unkefer, Sandi Cohen, Melody Dyer, Dustin Garrity, Mike McCarthy and Colli Butler all came out to support this exceptional event.

The support didn’t end there, either: 200Ks Marianna Anderson, Marlene Balingit, Kat Barnes, Carol Ferrier, Annie Jesaulenko, Jerry Kirstine, Eliseo Lee, Sherry Sanford, and Scott & Geraldine Strub joined 100Ks Ron & Marlene Brice, Nancy Barr, Eileen Cohen, John & Gina Jurewicz and Joan Pretty.

And throughout the day we had other VIP guests popping in and out… XANGO Founder Gary Hollister, CEO Robert Conlee, CMO Larry MacFarlane, Sr. VP of Americas Scott Smith and Director of Leadership Development Ryan Anderson.

With the expertise and experience of our XANGO leaders and the support of our highest ranking Distributors, we had a great event that profoundly impacted the local southern California team.

We loved having leadership in action with XANGO leaders of both genders there learning, participating and supporting their organizations of women for this full day of focused success training!
